Return Policy
All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective, incorrect in size, or wrong product received.
If you face any of the above issues, you may request an exchange or refund by contacting us through Gmail or WhatsApp.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests can be made only once per order and must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused and unwashed Original tags must be intact
- The item must not be purchased during sale or discount offers
- The product must not be customized or altered
- A parcel opening video (without pause or edits) is mandatory in case of damage, missing items, or wrong product received
- The customer is required to send the product back to us
Important Note
A clear parcel opening video without pause or editing must be shared to claim any issue. Without this video proof, exchange or refund requests cannot be processed.
After the parcel is picked up and sent back, it may take 3–20 days to reach us. The exchange order will be processed only after we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sale, discount offers, coupon usage, or with gift vouchers are not eligible for return or exchange.
