Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. For selected products that require additional processing time, the updated dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned in the product description, post, or video.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Tamil Nadu: 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch
  • Across India: 6–7 working days from the date of dispatch

Please note that deliveries to North India may take an additional 2–3 working days, depending on the location.

Important Information

Each parcel is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. To claim any damage, missing item, or related issue, we kindly request you to record a parcel opening video (without pause or edits) at the time of delivery.

Within Tamil Nadu :

Orders within Tamil Nadu are usually shipped through ST Courier. If ST Courier service is not available in your location, please mention it in the order notes. In such cases, your order will be sent through India Post.

Outside Tamil Nadu :

All orders outside Tamil Nadu will be shipped through India Post.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided at the time of order. If a parcel needs to be resent due to wrong information, additional shipping charges will apply.
